Mix the onions and garlic with the juice of 1 lime first and set aside for a few mins to remove the sting from the onions and garlic... before you add the minced tomato, cilantro and mashed avocados❤❤❤

I make a very similar salad all the same ingredients. I add sliced black olives, cucumber, cheddar cheese, avocado, and Frito’s for some crunch with a chipotle salad dressing. It is a hit every time!!
